Yep, another Flip Deal on the market for another Invest Home Pro client.
This one was for a repeat client that has done multiple deals this year.
The really cool thing?
He started as a coaching student of Brant’s only late last year now he is closing on his 4th deal!

Hazelton – Raise The Roof
This Flip Deal was a bit on the extreme side as we took a somewhat small single family home and converted it into a 2-Story, 3,000+ square foot home.
*I must note that Invest Home Pro did not make Paint or material selections on this home and this is an example of sometimes how inexperienced investors color selections can go array. While the exterior is structurally and architecturally a very nice looking home, a poor color scheme/selection detracted from the curb appeal of this Flip deal.
Consider when game planing your investment deals to use Colors/Schemes that have been tested and proven by experienced Flippers and Investors. These clients made some choices against our advisement that unfortunately, flopped a bit.
Nevertheless, the project overall was a great success and a credit to our hardworking contractors that have once again produced a beautiful investment property that will become a family new home for many years, and decades to come.
This was a size-able rehab we completed in the Richmond area.
We did just about everything on this deal….flooring, paint, cabinets, countertops, landscaping, you name it!
Just about everything from A-Z in terms of rehab and we’re feeling really good about the final product.
*Oh yea, this deal was 100% financed with private money. So our private lenders funded the entire purchase price and repairs for the property.
