Brant
Chief Strategy Officer
Brant is a full-time real estate investor, business owner, business coach, speaker, realtor and bestselling author. He has been featured on Fox News as a Real Estate expert and hosts local seminars and training events.
Brant is a proverbial ‘rags to riches’ story, while living in an apartment and having no money, he was able to purchase his first investment property on a credit card! He went on to by 10 properties that same year with no money down and since that time has gone on to purchase, renovate, flip and rent hundreds of homes and owns a portfolio of rental properties in the millions and continues to flip houses and take part in a variety of real estate projects, including new home construction and development.
Brant is also a licensed Realtor, brokered by eXp Realty. His primary focus with eXp is to help agent’s grow their business by becoming a shareholder in their own company and celebrate in the company’s financial success as well as helping them to build recurring revenue models.
Brant is a former police officer who prides himself on integrity and serving others. He is a husband and father of five and enjoys helping and teaching people to experience the freedom and success he has achieved through successfully investing in real estate.

Tara
Realtor
In addition to being by Brant’s side for over 20 years in marriage and as a full-time mother of their 5 children, Tara is also the listing and sales Agent for all of Invest Home Pro’s flips and rental deals.
She also helps with various administrative duties of the company to assist our team members and clients. Basically, she helps fill in the gaps when a team member needs a little extra help or support.
She has been beside Brant since the very beginning so she has seen the company grow into what it is now. Tara is a graduate of Bachelors of Science Degree from Texas State University.
Alex
Home Buyer
Alex Bogdanov is Invest Home Pro and Houston Capital Home Buyers’ real estate acquisitions manager. Originally from Russia, Alex completed a Business Degree from the University of Colorado, and later moved to Houston, Texas. Not knowing what to expect from Houston, Alex quickly fell in love with the city vibe and now calls it home.
Alex believes in win-win solutions, honesty, and integrity in all business dealings. If it’s not a win for you as the client, it’s not a deal.
When Alex is not discussing real estate, he spends his time reading about business, personal development, leadership, and one of his favorite topics—health, fitness, and nutrition. He loves Fort Bend County’s outdoors and enjoys jogging, exploring the local wildlife parks, and artsy coffee shops with his wife.
Lauren
Property Manager
Lauren is the Property Manager at Invest Home Pro. She has a degree in Forensic Psychology, and she is inquisitive as to how the mind works. Upon graduation, she embarked on a career with Child Protective Services.
Real Estate is a new venture for her, but she is eager to jump in and learn everything that there is to know. Lauren loves a challenge and is a never-ending learner. Gaining knowledge through voracious reading and studying.
In her spare time, Lauren is a wife and mother to 3 beautiful children. She enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking with her husband. She lives by the motto “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” – Wayne Gretzky. Learning and growing is done through taking aim and going for it.
Bryan
Construction Manager / Estimating
Bryan Hoyem is the Construction Manager for Invest Home Pro and loves the process of rehabbing houses into great homes for families.
Before coming to Invest Home Pro, Bryan worked as the Controls Product Line Leader for General Electric and as the Training Manager for Kongsberg Maritime, Inc. where he developed his strong appreciation for bringing teams of people together to accomplish common goals.
Growing up enjoying the outdoors in Montana, Bryan attended school in Indiana to received his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University. He then went on to serve in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, completing deployments in the Arabian Gulf and Afghanistan.
When he’s not at work, Bryan spends his time with his wife and daughter enjoying as many of the numerous Houston area events as possible and occasionally gets out on his mountain bike.
Jade

Jade has a degree in Business Administration majoring in Financial Management.
Before Invest Home Pro and Wealth Passage, Jade started working as Junior Assistant in one of the biggest BPO companies in the Philippines and was then promoted to Senior Assistant in the Finance and Accounting Department. She also worked in Singapore as a Manager. After her contract, she went back to the Philippines and worked as a Senior Process Executive in a BPO company.
She established and prides herself on exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude in delivering excellent customer service and management.
Anne
Executive Assistant
Anne is equipped with over 5 years of experience in operations support, customer service and edutainment. After three years of supervising activities for kids, she was promoted to becoming a trainee for an Area Coordinator position, being recognized as the Team Lead of the Year after only a year in the position. She takes pride in motivating her team members to become champions at making their customers smile. This was when she realized how fulfilling it was to help and see others happy and grow into the person they were meant to be.
The mission continues at Invest Home Pro, knowing that with the combined effort of the team, they are bringing happiness to their clients one home at a time.
Aside from working and playing hard, Anne is fond of travelling and exploring new food finds. Being by the sea or surrounding herself with trees gives her peace and serenity. As a degree holder in BS Psychology, Anne is also an advocate of mental wellbeing and takes to heart being empathic, inclusive, and being of service to others.
Rahul
Web Developer
Rahul is the website designer and developer for Invest Home Pro. He started his career as a Computer Hardware Engineer, then started working in BPO as a sales executive and then as a Website Designer and Developer.
He acquires time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate with team members while effectively meeting milestones and deadlines. His main areas of expertise are WordPress,PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, Jquery and Bootstrap.
He is happily working with the company since 2018. He is a problem solver, independent employee with high attention to detail. Fan of outdoor activities, TV series and Football. A family loving person.
CJ Lansang
Administrative Assistant
CJ has been a dedicated member of our team for nearly two years, managing billing and finance tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining company records. With over five years of experience in customer service and an additional year and a half in property management, she brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to excellence to their role.
A graduate of Broadcast Communication, CJ is driven by values of teamwork, creativity, and honesty. Recognized as a best employee and former team leader in previous roles, CJ determinedly demonstrates excellence in their work..
Outside of work, CJ enjoys dancing, listening to music, traveling, and crafting—pursuits that reflect a creative and adventurous spirit.
Saim Waqas
Property Support Manager
Saim has over 5 years of experience in property management and customer support, and his work has always focused on resolving complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction. He started his career in a U.S.-based property management company, where he was promoted to Repairs Shift Manager. In that role, he led a team to solve challenging property-related problems, ensuring that property owners and tenants felt supported.
Currently, he’s working as a Property Support Manager, where he continues to help clients and find solutions for even the most difficult situations. His passion lies in making the experience smoother for everyone he works with, whether it’s resolving an issue or creating a positive interaction.
Outside of work, he is a big football fan, especially when it comes to Arsenal. He has played a lot himself and loves the teamwork and strategy involved in the game. Recently, he also started playing padel, which has been an exciting new challenge for him.
